This is not an easy task,It requires knowledge and practice. We need to master first the single units of movement to achieve this game. Only after,we can start mixing and blending them together in a free flow. When I’m showing my movement’s practice to learners,I start from showing them how to break down each sequence in single unit of movement. The more unites they learn the more sequence they can create. If they get stuck…I’ll give them options. Options in this game are ENDLESS. That’s why I like to compare my Shadow Movement’s practice to a lego game..
