7 THINGS that can affect your results:

1) Is your coach good for you?Are the things I’m learning from him/her good for me? -A good coach must be able to break down each single technique for you. -He/she should be able to improve everyone’s skills at certain levels,no matter if you have the talent or not.

CHOOSE CAREFULLY!


2) Are you still listening to your coach?Remember you will never stop learning.There is NO age that can stop you from learning new things.If you think you are too good to listen,think twice..because there will always be somebody better than you out there.

BE HUMBLE!


3) You can’t concentrate?Do you have private problems?You gotta try to do something about it.

SOLVE THOSE PROBLEM FIRST!


4) Are you always training with the same person?Try to train with different people,with different skills and body types,it will be good for you.

CHANGE PARTNER!


5) the technical preparation doesn’t match the physical preparation or viceversa. Match them up.

YOU NEED TO HAVE BOTH!


6) How often do you test yourself? If you never test yourself you will never going to know where you are. It should be done a minimum of once a month.

UNDERSTAND YOUR POTENTIAL!


7) Do you want to learn too fast too soon?If you learn too fast you are going to lose a lot of important details.
