THE SECRET OF LONGEVITY

Those who manages to live longer shared some important traits. They didn’t smoke. They remained physically active through work or other activities. They maintained a strong social network.

Stay active and stay connected for optimal physical and mental health, this is apparently the secret for longevity.

Even older people with chronic illnesses can manage to live longer as long as they remained active and engaged with others.

As a trainer and martial artist I strongly believe in this,not just because we live longer,it’s more about living well and enjoy everyday of our life without depending necessarily from other people.
