Relaxing Your Mind and Body

Breathing is definitely the first think to try. Inhale,hold it for a little bit and exhale. You will probably feel more relaxed?

Being relaxed can help relieve stress,anxiety, depression, and sleep problems.

Of course there are many ways to do it. A warm bath,a bit of meditation,listening to music,writing about your feelings,going for a walk,having an hot drink (no alcohol or caffeinated),talking with somebody that you trust.

Movement practice is definitely a big one for me, it helps me to free my mind and relax my body. There are many ways to move your body,some people for instance like to do yoga,Pilates,others like to do a bit of stretching. The most important think is that while you are practicing movement you keep breathing and keep the muscles contractions very low, in simple words don’t tense your muscles too much.
