“The importance of Flexibility”

Flexibility is an important component of physical fitness. It is the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion.

It can help to improves mobility, posture, muscle coordination, reduces the risk of injuries and muscle soreness.

Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles and improve stability around your joints. This practice is very important and it must be done everyday if we want to see results.

Flexibility exercises may be included in other activities like yoga, dancing, Martial arts and so many others.
