Welcome to my website and into the world of ISCUDI MARTIAL ART and MOVEMENT TRAINING.

Iscudi translated from Sardinian to English means “fighting, striking”.

The purpose of this style is to enhance body and mind awareness in order to improve the chances of a successful outcome of a situation. Self defense is not all about fighting techniques.There are many other things that need to be covered at a more basic level,for instance: learning how to fall; feeling comfortable on the ground; dealing with stress; being able to focus on the successful outcome of a situation; not being afraid of physical contact; and being able to multitask.

With iscudi you will experience a little of each of those things through drills and games that will help you to understand a bit more about gaining the necessary ability to stay aware of what is happening and what your options are at an exact moment.

This is a good starting point for everybody interested in keeping their body healthy and strong and understanding the basics of self-defense.
