Balance is part of our life, without it, we would live in a world of CHAOS.
Training for martial art requires lots of skills;
Strength, flexibility,coordination,speed,agility,power and so on and so on.
In order to keep your body fit and healthy you need to balance them all,because they complement each other.
Try to work your core muscles (the pelvic area)during your training sessions.
Core stability and strength are very important for everyone,especially for martial artist.
I recommend yoga, gymnastics and Pilates.
